This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, enjoys working with numbers, and is comfortable managing day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p>As an Accounting Clerk, you&#8217;ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and support essential accounting functions. The right candidate will be comfortable managing multiple tasks, communicating with vendors and customers, and ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.<\/li>\n<li>Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate financial records and ensure information is properly entered into accounting systems.<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile bank statements and account balances to verify accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation of reports and other accounting-related projects.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a point of contact for vendors and customers regarding billing and payment inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and maintain accounting files, records, and support documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative assistance to the accounting team as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related office environment preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounting procedures<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/ZmluYW5jZWxhcy41ODA4MS4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">AC &#8211;
