Candidates must be able to start immediately and be comfortable commuting to the office in Midtown Manhattan five days per week. Pay rate is dependent on experience.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct document review and organize discovery materials.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with preparing and reviewing discovery responses.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and assist with deficiency letters and related correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Track outstanding discovery requests, deadlines, and case milestones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to commute to the office in Midtown Manhattan five days per week.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in IP litigation<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing discovery, including document review and discovery responses.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with deficiency letters and tracking outstanding discovery issues.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with litigation databases and eDiscovery platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates should apply with a resume in Microsoft Word format for consideration.
