This role will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, supporting close processes, and identifying opportunities to improve accounting workflows and efficiency.<\/div>\n<h4>Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Prepare and record journal entries.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Perform bank reconciliations and resolve account discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Maintain general ledger accounts and supporting documentation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Assist with financial reporting, audits, and special projects.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Identify and implement process improvements, including automation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Utilize ERP systems to manage accounting transactions and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">4+ years of accounting experience.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">Experience with bank reconciliations and cash management required.<\/li>\n<li class=\"___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf\">ERP experience required;
