Our client near<strong> Woodland, WA<\/strong> is looking for a steady, approachable<strong> HR Generalist<\/strong> to jump into a <strong>long-term temporary opportunity<\/strong> and help keep day-to-day HR support moving.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">This is a great fit for someone who likes being the person employees trust, enjoys variety, and can bring calm, practical support to a busy team. If you like <strong>employee questions<\/strong>, problem-solving, follow-through, and being in the middle of what is happening, this could be a really good fit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">As the<strong> HR Generalist<\/strong>, you would help with:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Answering employee questions around HR, payroll, benefits, time off, and policies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Supporting workers&#8217; compensation follow-up and coordination<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Helping keep employee records, files, and HR tracking documents organized<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and related employee paperwork<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Being a friendly and reliable point of contact for employees<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Escalating employee questions or issues when needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Partnering with the HR team to keep daily HR support running smoothly<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Various related HR projects and administrative support as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">This is an <strong>onsite position<\/strong> with a friendly, people-first team that values communication, follow-through, and a good sense of humor. The right person will be professional, dependable, and comfortable building trust with employees and leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">To be considered, you should have:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">2+ years of broad HR support experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Exposure to <strong>workers&#8217; compensation<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Comfort answering employee questions and supporting day-to-day HR needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Basic HRIS or payroll system experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Basic to intermediate Excel skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">If this sounds like the kind of HR role you would enjoy, please apply.
