This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in all stages of case development, working closely with attorneys, clients, experts, and outside parties to help advance significant matters from intake through resolution.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage competing priorities, and has experience maintaining large volumes of case information while ensuring accuracy and compliance with litigation deadlines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including investigation, discovery, case management, settlement, and trial preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and organize a high-volume caseload while ensuring records and case files remain accurate and current.<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review, and prepare litigation documents, correspondence, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and notices.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the collection, organization, and tracking of case-related records and supporting documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor court deadlines, scheduling orders, filing requirements, hearings, depositions, and other critical dates.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare case summaries, chronologies, damages materials, and other litigation support documents.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and document management.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate regularly with clients regarding case updates, outstanding documentation, and next steps.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with experts, medical providers, vendors, co-counsel, and other third parties as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain data integrity within case management and document management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in reporting, quality control initiatives, and special projects involving large groups of cases.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with attorneys and legal support professionals to ensure matters progress efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting complex civil litigation matters.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and court filing requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Experience reviewing, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of records and documents.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mass tort litigation<\/li>\n<li>Multidistrict or coordinated litigation<\/li>\n<li>Complex plaintiff-side litigation<\/li>\n<li>Personal injury matters<\/li>\n<li>Product liability litigation<\/li>\n<li>Medical record analysis and chronologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Makes You Successful<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of balancing both the individual needs of clients and the administrative demands of large-scale litigation.
