This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring schedules, approvals, documentation, and deliverables remain on track.<\/p>\n<p><em>This is not an IT or technical software project management role. We are specifically seeking professionals with project management experience in manufacturing, construction, building products, industrial, fabrication, or related environments. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production setting, enjoys working directly with customers, and can successfully coordinate multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide projects from order kickoff through final delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved and customer expectations are met.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary customer contact throughout the duration of each project.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain project schedules and communicate updates regarding timelines, progress, and delivery commitments.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with production planning and scheduling teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate project documentation, customer submittals, approvals, and required project records.<\/li>\n<li>Administer change orders, including schedule adjustments, pricing updates, approvals, and billing implications.<\/li>\n<li>Provide proactive project status updates and address customer inquiries in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate shipment and delivery schedules while confirming customer site readiness.<\/li>\n<li>Lead recurring reviews focused on project schedules, risks, priorities, and upcoming production releases.<\/li>\n<li>Assist customers with basic drawing revisions and project-related questions, partnering with internal engineering resources when design modifications are required.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve project challenges to keep orders progressing smoothly and on schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple active projects while balancing shifting priorities and deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, construction, building products, industrial, fabrication, or related industries.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing customer-facing projects with changing schedules, priorities, and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand, discuss, and explain technical or engineered products to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Experience handling change orders, pricing revisions, schedule adjustments, and project modifications.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with the ability to manage numerous projects concurrently.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Preferred Background<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with custom manufactured products, building materials, construction-related products, or engineered solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with project coordination in a production or manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to reading and discussing drawings, specifications, or product submittals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
