This role will support employee experience, people operations, organizational initiatives, and workforce analytics while partnering closely with senior leadership to scale people programs and processes. The position offers broad exposure to culture-building, HR operations, reporting, and organizational change management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR or People &amp; Culture roles within a startup, technology, or high-growth organization and a strong background in people analytics and HR operations.
