This position is onsite between two Boston locations, offering $26-$28\/hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. The Property Associate will provide administrative, accounting, and tenant support while helping ensure smooth daily operations across the property portfolio. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process accounts payable invoices and assist with accounts receivable activities<\/li>\n<li>Support lease administration, document management, and filing systems<\/li>\n<li>Monitor phones, emails, and work order requests, ensuring timely responses<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate mail distribution, correspondence, reports, and office organization<\/li>\n<li>Manage conference room scheduling, meetings, events, and travel arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins\/move-outs, and building access requests<\/li>\n<li>Track certificates of insurance, vendor documentation, and compliance records<\/li>\n<li>Support budgeting, reporting, vendor setup, and contract administration<\/li>\n<li>Maintain contact databases and accurate property records<\/li>\n<li>Provide general administrative support to the property management team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma required;
