Our client, a growing asset management firm, is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join its New York office. This role will support the Analyst through Vice President employee population, serving as a key partner across employee relations, performance management, talent development, and onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience supporting internship programs, assisting with HR operations, and partnering with leadership on broader people initiatives and organizational growth efforts. * Bachelor’s degree, required.<\/p>\n

* 4+ years of human resources experience, required.<\/p>\n

* Experience within financial services or a related professional services environment, required.<\/p>\n

* HR Business Partner experience, preferred.<\/p>\n

* Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives, required.<\/p>\n

* Experience managing onboarding, orientation programs, and exit interview processes, required.<\/p>\n

* Exposure to campus recruiting and internship program management, preferred.<\/p>\n

\n

The salary for this role is $120K-$150K.<\/p>\n

Compensation is commensurate with experience.<\/p>\n
