This individual will be responsible for managing complex delinquent consumer accounts while providing exceptional member service and protecting the financial interests of the credit union. The ideal candidate will bring strong collections experience, sound judgment, and the ability to balance effective recovery strategies with a member-focused approach.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a direct-hire, hybrid opportunity based in Austin, TX, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
