This role is ideal for an energetic, resilient, and outgoing professional who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and generating opportunities through proactive outreach.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This position offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to increase hours and grow into a full-time role as the product launch expands.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As the first point of contact for healthcare practices, the Sales Development Representative will introduce the product, identify key decision-makers, coordinate product sample shipments, and schedule meetings for the field sales team. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, persistence, organization, and comfort with outbound calling.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct outbound calls to medical practices, including dermatology, pediatric, and allergy offices<\/li>\n<li>Identify key contacts and decision-makers within targeted healthcare organizations<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate welcome-kit distribution and confirm receipt<\/li>\n<li>Schedule meetings, presentations, and lunch-and-learn sessions for the field sales team<\/li>\n<li>Utilize scheduling platforms and office contacts to secure appointments<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate CRM records, documenting all calls, outreach efforts, and follow-up activities<\/li>\n<li>Track shipments, appointments, and engagement activities<\/li>\n<li>Provide market feedback and insights to help refine outreach strategies and messaging<\/li>\n<li>Consistently execute follow-up campaigns and maintain an organized pipeline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous cold-calling, business development, inside sales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with new contacts<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently<\/li>\n<li>Professional and personable communication style<\/li>\n<li>Ability to accurately document and manage activities within a CRM system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Background<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical office, healthcare, dental, veterinary, pharmacy, or clinical administration experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with physicians&#8217;
