font-family: Verdana; font-size: 8.0pt; color: black;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 8.0pt; color: black;\">This is a long-term contract assignment with a high-impact technology finance team where you will lead financial planning, governance, reporting, and investment analysis while overseeing analysts responsible for day-to-day portfolio financial operations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 8.0pt; color: black;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 8.0pt; color: black;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; font-family: Verdana; font-size: 8.0pt; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting for technology initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Technology, Finance, Accounting, and Portfolio leaders to support funding and investment decisions<\/li>\n<li>Manage capital and operating expense portfolios, financial governance, and compliance activities<\/li>\n<li>Oversee financial analysis, variance reporting, forecasting, accruals, and portfolio performance metrics<\/li>\n<li>Support asset capitalization, project accounting, CWIP tracking, and asset lifecycle management<\/li>\n<li>Develop executive dashboards, presentations, and financial recommendations for senior leadership<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and guide analysts while driving process improvements and reporting efficiencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;
