This is a full-time position supporting a close-knit Intellectual Property practice focused on patent and trademark prosecution matters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The role follows a 35-hour work week, with a schedule of 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. The position offers a hybrid schedule with one in-office day per week for experienced paralegals, along with strong work-life balance and overtime eligibility. The salary range for this position is <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">110k-<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">115k, depending on experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a high-priority search due to a long-tenured team member departing after 12 years with the firm. The ideal candidate will be able to start quickly and assist with a smooth transition. The firm is open to candidates with foundational intellectual property prosecution experience, including those currently working as legal assistants, legal secretaries, or paralegals.
