Working closely with experienced trial lawyers, this attorney will play a key role in complex commercial litigation matters from discovery through trial.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have at least five years of commercial litigation experience, including substantial experience managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting substantive motions, and supporting trial teams.
