This role blends luxury hospitality, customer service, event coordination, and workplace operations to deliver a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that enhances the overall workplace experience.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is outgoing, polished, and service-oriented with the ability to build relationships, anticipate needs, and provide concierge-level support. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for tenants and visitors while helping coordinate events, amenities, and engagement programs.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Guest &amp; Tenant Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and guests.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome experience.<\/li>\n<li>Assist guests with directions, building access, and visitor registration.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate visitor arrivals and communicate with tenant hosts as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Provide concierge-style support, including recommendations for local dining, services, transportation, and entertainment.<\/li>\n<li>Manage inquiries and service requests with professionalism and urgency.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a polished and welcoming lobby and reception environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tenant Engagement &amp;
