This role will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of electrical and mechanical systems within a large-scale data center environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center facilities, power distribution, cooling systems, and preventative maintenance.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide advanced support for electrical and mechanical systems within a data center environment.<\/li>\n<li>Perform installation, preventive maintenance, repair, testing, and calibration of critical infrastructure equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and troubleshoot UPS systems, generators, electrical distribution systems, chillers, CRAH units, HVAC systems, pumping systems, and building controls.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and maintain cooling plants, environmental controls, and power systems to ensure maximum uptime.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect and test mechanical and electrical equipment, including motors, pumps, valves, compressors, controls, wiring, and related infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to support maintenance and operational activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all systems operate in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.<\/li>\n<li>Support inspection, installation, maintenance, and repair of data monitoring and control systems.<\/li>\n<li>Lead troubleshooting efforts involving complex electrical and mechanical system issues.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in 24&#215;7 operational support of the data center environment.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with infrastructure upgrades, maintenance projects, and operational improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Support initiatives focused on maintaining 100% uptime for critical systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of experience supporting data center facilities or critical infrastructure environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes, standards, and maintenance practices.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with:\n<ul>\n<li>Chillers<\/li>\n<li>HVAC and cooling plants<\/li>\n<li>CRAH units<\/li>\n<li>UPS systems<\/li>\n<li>Generators<\/li>\n<li>Building automation and control systems<\/li>\n<li>Electrical distribution systems<\/li>\n<li>Pumping systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specification documents.<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical licenses or certifications in electrical or mechanical disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Predictive maintenance certifications.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience working within a large enterprise data center environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Physical Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to climb ladders, kneel, stoop, bend, and work in confined areas.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions typical of facilities and maintenance operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2x0dC41ODA4MC4xMjU4NEBiZWFjb25oaWxsLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">1471486_1787664926<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/1471486_1787664926\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Charlotte, North Carolina","_application":"cltt.58080.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[230,187],"job-types":[2,16],"class_list":["post-131547","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 -
