This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong analytical skills, NetSuite experience, and full-cycle accounting expertise.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>This position is remote, with a Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST schedule.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities<\/li>\n<li>Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Analyze budget-to-actual results and identify key financial variances<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial reports and assist with forecasting and budgeting activities<\/li>\n<li>Manage invoicing and client billing processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure contractual billing requirements and deadlines are met<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve accounting discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Support audit requests and compliance efforts<\/li>\n<li>Communicate financial findings and recommendations to management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of accounting experience, specifically with general ledger, reconciliations, month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, creating invoices, and managing billing<\/li>\n<li>Associate or bachelor&#8217;s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred but not required.
