This role is responsible for accurately processing semi-monthly payroll, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and serving as a key resource for employee payroll inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong Paycom experience, excellent Excel skills, and a solid understanding of California payroll laws.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on schedule using Paycom.<\/li>\n<li>Review timesheets, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefit withholdings for accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.<\/li>\n<li>Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Process new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, and compensation changes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including California wage and hour laws.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare payroll-related documentation and assist with audits and year-end payroll activities.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and support regarding timekeeping and payroll procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to employee payroll questions and requests professionally and promptly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience for a small to mid-sized organization.<\/li>\n<li>Experience processing multi-state payroll preferred;
