Position Summary<\/p>\n

The Assistant General Manager supports the Senior General Manager in the leadership, financial performance, and operational execution of Town Square Las Vegas. This position serves as a strategic partner to the Senior General Manager and plays a key role in financial management, tenant relations, property operations, team leadership, and ownership reporting.<\/p>\n

The Assistant General Manager acts on behalf of the Senior General Manager when necessary and is expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of property performance.<\/p>\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Financial Management<\/p>\n

* Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets, reforecasts, and cash flow projections.<\/p>\n

* Review monthly financial statements and variance reports.<\/p>\n

* Monitor accounts receivable and support collection efforts.<\/p>\n

* Track capital expenditures and landlord work projects.<\/p>\n

* Assist in the preparation of operating expense reconciliations and tenant settlements.<\/p>\n

* Identify opportunities to improve property performance and NOI.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Property Operations<\/p>\n

* Assist with the oversight of day to day property operations.<\/p>\n

* Partner with Operations, Security, Marketing, Specialty Leasing, and Accounting to ensure property objectives are achieved.<\/p>\n

* Monitor vendor performance and service contract compliance.<\/p>\n

* Conduct regular property inspections and identify operational improvement opportunities.<\/p>\n

* Support risk management, life safety, and emergency response initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Tenant Relations<\/p>\n

* Maintain strong relationships with tenants and regularly engage with retailers, office tenants, and restaurant operators.<\/p>\n

* Assist with tenant onboarding, openings, relocations, and closures.<\/p>\n

* Coordinate tenant communication and issue resolution.<\/p>\n

* Support lease compliance efforts and landlord obligations.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Leadership and Team Development<\/p>\n

* Serve as a member of the property leadership team.<\/p>\n

* Support team development, coaching, and performance management initiatives.<\/p>\n

* Lead meetings, projects, and initiatives as assigned.<\/p>\n

* Act on behalf of the Senior General Manager when necessary.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Asset Management and Reporting<\/p>\n

* Assist with ownership reporting and executive summaries.<\/p>\n

* Support strategic planning initiatives.<\/p>\n

* Coordinate property information requests from ownership, leasing, and asset management teams.<\/p>\n

* Assist in the evaluation of opportunities to enhance asset value and operational performance.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field preferred.<\/p>\n

* Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience.<\/p>\n

* Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.<\/p>\n

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.<\/p>\n

* Experience working with tenants, vendors, and property management teams.<\/p>\n

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
