This is a long-term temporary opportunity offering approximately 14 hours per week, a pay rate of $25\/hour, and the chance to work in a professional, customer-focused environment. (Schedule is for Fridays and Sundays, and occasional Saturdays).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with program check-ins and check-outs<\/li>\n<li>Support front desk and daily guest services operations<\/li>\n<li>Respond to participant and visitor requests in person, by phone, and via email<\/li>\n<li>Provide concierge-style service and problem resolution<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal departments to support participant needs<\/li>\n<li>Assist with operational projects and special assignments<\/li>\n<li>Maintain confidentiality and accurate records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Candidate Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior customer service, hospitality, front desk, or administrative experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach<\/li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable learning new technology and systems<\/li>\n<li>Higher education experience is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Ideal Candidate<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This opportunity is ideal for a personable and service-oriented professional who enjoys helping others and creating positive guest experiences.
