Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a growing defense\/government contractor<\/strong> seeking a Senior Financial Analyst<\/strong> to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity<\/strong> offering strong long-term potential for someone with experience in program finance, FP&A, government contracting, and proposal pricing. Pay up to $40\/hr.<\/strong> | Contract-to-Hire<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models
* Analyze direct, indirect, labor, material, and subcontractor costs
* Develop and review Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation
* Partner with Program Management, Contracts, Accounting, and Business Development
* Support DCAA\/DCMA audits and incurred cost reporting
* Monitor program financial performance, risks, and opportunities
* Generate financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

* <\/strong>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
* <\/strong>5+ years of Program Finance, FP&A, or Government Contracting experience
* <\/strong>Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills
* <\/strong>Advanced Excel skills
* <\/strong>Experience supporting DCAA\/DCMA audits preferred
* <\/strong>U.S. Person status required under ITAR Regulations<\/p>\n
