f19n0e5\">\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll oversight<\/li>\n<li>Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial transactions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls<\/li>\n<li>Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff<\/li>\n<li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities<\/li>\n<li>Support external audits and coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support business decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior leadership or supervisory experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar platforms<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Excellent
