This position will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates for both field and corporate positions.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has strong communication skills, understands high-volume recruiting, and is comfortable recruiting for construction, underground utilities, telecommunications, electrical, transportation, and skilled trades positions.<\/p>\n<p>This role will work closely with hiring managers and field leadership to identify staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Recruiting &amp; Sourcing<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit for high-volume hourly and professional positions, including Construction Laborers, Heavy Equipment Operators, CDL Drivers, Foremen, Project Managers, Estimators, Diesel Mechanics, Safety Professionals, and other skilled trade and field positions.<\/li>\n<li>Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications, experience, availability, and interest.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate job requirements, compensation, schedules, travel requirements, and company expectations to candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Recruit both English- and Spanish-speaking candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with candidates regarding interview results, offers, onboarding requirements, and start dates.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Hiring &amp; Onboarding<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate hiring requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, physicals, MVR checks, hiring verification, and required certifications.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with offer letters and onboarding documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate new-hire start dates with hiring managers and HR.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all required hiring documentation is completed prior to start date.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Partnership with Operations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with project managers, foremen, fleet leadership, safety teams, and other department leaders to understand current and upcoming staffing needs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding open positions and candidate activity.<\/li>\n<li>Help identify recruiting challenges and recommend solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Support workforce planning during periods of increased project activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bilingual in English and Spanish required.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience recruiting for construction, skilled trades, utilities, transportation, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with high-volume recruiting strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate professionally with candidates at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, job boards, Microsoft Office, and other recruiting technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable recruiting both hourly field employees and professional-level candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Experience<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruiting heavy equipment operators, CDL drivers, laborers, mechanics, foremen, or construction personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting Spanish-speaking candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, or similar sourcing platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ATS and onboarding systems.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of construction and underground utility terminology.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
