$29\/hr &#8211; Rockville, MD"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1471902DC-Temp_1787685051\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Our client, a nonprofit healthcare organization is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Rockville, Maryland.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>About The Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Serve as a Participant Advocate, assisting members with benefits, eligibility, claims, enrollment, and other healthcare plan inquiries<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Research and resolve participant concerns while providing compassionate, professional customer service<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Collaborate with internal teams, providers, vendors, unions, and employers to support participants and resolve issues<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Maintain accurate documentation and assist with enrollment, disability, and other participant-related processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">High School Diploma required<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">1+ year of receptionist, scheduler, or customer service experience required<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Healthcare, insurance, or TPA experience preferred<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Typing speed of 40+ WPM<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Proficient in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>About The Position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Start Date: 9\/8<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Hourly Pay: $29\/hr<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Hourly Pay Conversion: $30-$33\/hr<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Fully onsite<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM &#8211;
