Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an experienced AV Engineer to support the activation of a large-scale, state-of-the-art facility while also providing ongoing enterprise audiovisual support. This hands-on role will focus on AV system readiness, installation validation, commissioning, troubleshooting, digital signage, and day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidate has experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise collaboration technologies, managing incidents through a ticketing platform, and working directly with end users, vendors, and project teams. Candidates should be comfortable in fast-paced environments, capable of identifying and resolving technical issues before go-live, and passionate about delivering reliable, high-quality collaboration experiences. Experience with facility activations, healthcare or large corporate environments, ServiceNow, Logitech, Crestron, Q-SYS, and digital signage solutions is highly preferred.
