Ideal candidates will have experience handling <strong>California <\/strong>wage-and-hour class action claims and PAGA cases and will be comfortable managing matters through all phases of litigation.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\"> <\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><strong>Location:<\/strong> Remote (U.S.-based; California-based candidates preferred); <strong>active California bar license required<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><strong>Start:<\/strong> ASAP<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><strong>Duration: <\/strong>Initial 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension and potential direct-hire conversion<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><strong>Concurrent employment: <\/strong>May be considered<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><strong>Hours:<\/strong> Up to 40 hours per week;
