This position will support accounting and financial operations across a diverse portfolio of projects and properties throughout the Bay Area.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will bring experience managing billing, collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to construction accounting, project accounting, or property management accounting is highly desirable.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Accounts Receivable<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and distribute customer, project, and tenant invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate customer account records.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain supporting documentation for receivable activity.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoicing and collections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Construction &amp;
