$32-$38\/hr &#8211; North Bethesda, MD"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong><a id=\"myCustomID\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1472088DC-Temp_1787845936\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Our client, a real estate investment company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in North Bethesda, Maryland.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About The Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary contact for tenants across a portfolio of Class A office properties, supporting building operations, tenant requests, and lease compliance<\/li>\n<li>Maintain tenant relationships and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day property operations<\/li>\n<li>Conduct property inspections, track compliance items, and assist with maintenance and capital projects<\/li>\n<li>Process invoices, support budgeting, expense tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Maintain property records, vendor files, and tenant databases<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leasing, marketing, accounting, and tenant coordination teams to support property initiatives and tenant satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support and assist with special projects, events, and inspections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of commercial office property management or related real estate experience required<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with tenant relations, vendor management, budgeting, and expense tracking<\/li>\n<li>Customer-service focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Nexus, Yardi, Salesforce, JD Edwards, or similar property management systems preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About The Position: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start Date: ASAP!<\/li>\n<li>$32-$38\/hr<\/li>\n<li>Permanent Salary: $70K-$85K + 7% annual bonus<\/li>\n<li>Fully onsite schedule<\/li>\n<li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM &#8211;
