This role is responsible for preparing high-quality espresso beverages, maintaining a well-organized coffee bar, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for employees and guests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, operates independently, and is passionate about specialty coffee and customer service.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">This role is Monday-Friday from 7a-2:30pm, approximately 35 hours a week.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Coffee Service &amp; Beverage Preparation<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and serve expert-level espresso and specialty coffee beverages with consistency and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high standards for coffee quality, presentation, and customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Educate customers and guests on coffee offerings when appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Customer Experience &amp; Hospitality<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide outstanding hospitality and customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Create a warm, welcoming environment that enhances the workplace experience.<\/li>\n<li>Build positive relationships through exceptional service and professionalism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Coffee Bar Operations<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Independently manage the day-to-day operation of the coffee bar.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the coffee station remains clean, organized, and fully operational throughout the day.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate maintenance needs when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Inventory &amp;
