This role will develop and execute Email, SMS, Push, In-App messaging marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, lifecycle journeys and member milestones. The Specialist will contribute to copywriting,\u202femail design, campaign automation, HTML\/Data extension support, journey building and light analytics.  <\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CRM Campaign Implementation<\/li>\n<li>Content Optimization<\/li>\n<li>Email List Management<\/li>\n<li>A\/B Testing<\/li>\n<li>Performance Metrics Monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Team Collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Compliance Assurance<\/li>\n<li>Automation Implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience, Qualifications &amp; Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in marketing, communication or related field<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles, focused on email<\/li>\n<li>Technical proficiency in\u202femail marketing platforms\u202f(e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp,),\u202fCRM\u202fsoftware, and\u202fautomation software\u202fand tools<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience building emails and audience lists as well as deployment in SFMC Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio<\/li>\n<li>Significant experience with AMPscript, Dynamic Code Blocks, and SQL with SFMC or mastery of AMPscript and Dynamic Code Blocks, and SQL within SFMC<\/li>\n<li>Analytical minded with the ability to interpret data, monitor\u202fmetrics, and use actionable insights to improve campaigns. Knowledgeable in Google analytics tools.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of\u202fgraphic design,\u202fHTML, and\u202fCSS\u202ffor creating polished, functional emails, automating emails, and basic coding tasks.
