This recruiter will support full-cycle hiring across corporate and retail banking functions, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and secure top talent while managing multiple searches simultaneously. The role will focus on developing talent pipelines, executing sourcing strategies, and driving the recruitment process from intake through offer stage. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within financial services or a related regulated industry and is comfortable working across a variety of positions and business groups.
