This role is responsible for coordinating food service programs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring an exceptional experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience managing high-volume hospitality programs along with strong client service and organizational skills.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Boston, MA<\/li>\n<li>Work Model: Hybrid<\/li>\n<li>Degree: Not Required<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include leading daily catering and food service operations; coordinating meetings, events, and hospitality requests; partnering with vendors to manage food and beverage services; monitoring inventory, supplies, and pantry operations; reviewing invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting budget management; ensuring conference rooms and hospitality areas are maintained to premium standards; and providing exceptional service to employees, guests, and clients.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of catering, hospitality, or food service management experience; strong vendor management and inventory oversight skills; experience supporting high-touch client-facing environments; exceptional communication, professionalism, and phone etiquette; ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced setting;
