This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging learning solutions for direct sales teams, leveraging modern instructional design methodologies, rapid development tools, and AI-driven content creation.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a self-directed instructional designer who thrives in a corporate environment, works effectively with stakeholders, and can independently drive learning projects from concept through deployment.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning courses, videos, job aids, and performance support materials.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize <strong>Articulate Storyline<\/strong> and <strong>Articulate Rise<\/strong> to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Apply the <strong>ADDIE methodology<\/strong>, action mapping, and agile learning design principles to develop effective learning solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct learning needs analyses and assess business requirements to recommend appropriate training strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business leaders to gather requirements and manage feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation and enhance learning experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Create multimedia learning assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Vyond, and other video development platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously evaluate and improve training content based on learner and stakeholder feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3-7+ years of corporate Instructional Design experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise with <strong>Articulate Storyline<\/strong> and <strong>Articulate Rise<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience designing and developing learning programs in a corporate environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing projects through the full instructional design lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience receiving and implementing feedback professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter who takes initiative and asks thoughtful questions to drive project success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with <strong>Xyleme<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using AI tools to accelerate learning content development.<\/li>\n<li>Adobe Creative Cloud expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Canva experience.<\/li>\n<li>Vyond or other video development\/editing tools.<\/li>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to agile learning development methodologies and action mapping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Soft
