This position pays $25\/hour, is 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM), and is based onsite in Waltham, MA, with the possibility of one remote day per week after training. The Event Coordinator will support the planning and execution of student, departmental, and large-scale university events while collaborating closely with campus stakeholders and operations teams. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, coordinate, and execute campus-wide events for student organizations, departments, and university leadership<\/li>\n<li>Support major institutional events including orientation, alumni programming, commencement, and presidential events<\/li>\n<li>Partner with campus departments and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and consultation on event planning best practices<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and operational coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required<\/li>\n<li>Junior to mid-level event planning or event management experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and shared document platforms<\/li>\n<li>Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Experience with event reservation systems;
