This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with customers, answering questions, solving problems, and delivering a positive experience over the phone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members calling with questions regarding healthcare plans, coverage options, claims, eligibility, provider information, and other benefit-related inquiries. Successful candidates will be comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls while providing accurate information, compassionate support, and professional service.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Schedule<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Training Period<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">7 weeks of paid onsite training<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Monday-Friday<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">9:00 AM &#8211; 6:00 PM EST<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>After Training<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Monday-Friday<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">10:00 AM &#8211; 7:00 PM EST<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Answer incoming calls from members seeking assistance with medical benefits, coverage questions, claims, billing concerns, and provider-related inquiries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Educate callers on healthcare plan features, eligibility requirements, and available resources.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Research customer concerns and identify solutions while navigating multiple systems and databases.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Document call details accurately and maintain complete records of customer interactions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Coordinate with internal departments and external healthcare partners to help resolve escalated issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provide status updates regarding authorizations, claims processing, and benefit-related requests.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Guide members through healthcare-related processes and explain information in a clear, customer-friendly manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Handle sensitive conversations with patience, professionalism, and empathy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Meet quality and productivity standards within a structured contact center environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Deliver a positive customer experience on every call by actively listening and responding effectively to member needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Previous customer service, contact center, call center, or phone-based support experience preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Experience in a retail or restaurant customer service is enouraged to apply as well. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">High School Diploma or GED required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to remain professional and composed while handling a high volume of calls.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Reliable attendance and commitment to meeting performance expectations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to learn healthcare-related products, services, and
