This is a great opportunity for someone with benefits administration experience who enjoys helping employees, working with vendors, and ensuring benefit programs run smoothly. The company offers a collaborative, family-oriented culture where employees work together, support one another, and take pride in being team players.<\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer and support employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, retirement plans, stock purchase plans, and leave programs<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact between employees and third-party benefit vendors<\/li>\n<li>Assist employees with benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and benefit-related questions<\/li>\n<li>Manage leave administration, including tracking employee leaves, communicating updates, monitoring approvals and denials, and ensuring employees remain compliant throughout the process<\/li>\n<li>Audit 401(k) activity, contribution updates, payroll deductions, delinquent loans, and benefit records for accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile reports and ensure benefit information matches vendor documentation, including Charles Schwab reporting<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve payroll deduction discrepancies<\/li>\n<li>Generate benefit reports and assist with annual audits and compliance-related filings<\/li>\n<li>Process benefit invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable for timely payment<\/li>\n<li>Support new hire onboarding and open enrollment activities<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate benefit records within HRIS and payroll systems<\/li>\n<li>Assist with PTO administration and tuition reimbursement programs<\/li>\n<li>Communicate professionally with employees across multiple states regarding benefits and leave programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)<\/li>\n<li>1-2+ years of benefits administration, benefits coordination, or HR experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data auditing<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with employee leaves, benefit enrollments, payroll deductions, or retirement plans preferred<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of multi-state employee populations is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with both employees and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detail-oriented and highly organized<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service mindset<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable communicating by phone and email<\/li>\n<li>Dependable, hardworking, and proactive<\/li>\n<li>Able to manage a high volume of employee leave and benefits-related activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Schedule &amp;
