This individual will manage daily office operations, ensure exceptional customer service standards, oversee document collection and processing activities, and serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership experience, excellent technical skills, prior exposure to handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and the ability to lead by example in a customer-facing environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise, coach, and support a team of up to five Customer Service Representatives<\/li>\n<li>Manage daily office operations and workflow to ensure project goals are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Monitor team attendance, productivity, and customer service performance<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the escalation point for customer inquiries and service-related issues<\/li>\n<li>Train, onboard, and mentor team members<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate collection, scanning, uploading, and tracking of customer documents<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with policies and procedures regarding the handling of PII (Personally Identifiable Information)<\/li>\n<li>Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure work is accurate and complete<\/li>\n<li>Communicate project updates, process changes, and priorities to staff<\/li>\n<li>Assist with customer-facing responsibilities during peak periods as needed<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused office environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5+ years of supervisory or management experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading customer service, administrative, or operations teams<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to and experience handling PII (Personally Identifiable Information)<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer and technical skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable learning new systems and technology<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Midtown Manhattan<\/li>\n<li>Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented<\/li>\n<li>Experience in document processing, administrative operations, or high-volume customer service environments preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bnljYXAuNzQ5MDguMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A1472831NY-Temp_1788284714<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A1472831NY-Temp_1788284714\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"New York, New York","_application":"nycap.74908.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[171,172],"job-types":[2,16],"class_list":["post-132005","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 -
