system design decisions, application enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and optimization efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate Epic capabilities and recommend solutions that improve workflow efficiency and user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Support the ongoing evolution of Epic platforms through strategic planning and technical leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Solution Architecture &amp; Technology Strategy<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Help define future-state architecture and technology roadmaps.<\/li>\n<li>Assess business challenges and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for modernization, standardization, and operational improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Provide insight into technology trends, best practices, and healthcare IT innovations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder Collaboration<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams to solve complex challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate discussions involving workflow design, system functionality, and implementation strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Present recommendations, risks, dependencies, and solution options to leadership audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups and drive informed decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Team Leadership &amp; Knowledge Development<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentor analysts and technical team members on Epic functionality, design principles, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Promote knowledge sharing and continual learning within the team.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to technical standards, governance, and delivery processes.<\/li>\n<li>Help cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment focused on service excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>What You Bring<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Background working with Epic applications in a healthcare environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting, configuring, optimizing, or leading initiatives involving clinical, operational, or patient-facing workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Typically brings several years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibilities within application, clinical systems, infrastructure, or enterprise technology teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, system analysis, solution design, and project delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success building relationships across business, clinical, and technology teams.<\/li>\n<li>Experience evaluating system impacts, identifying risks, and driving informed technology decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Epic Experience Preferred<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Two or more Epic certifications within areas such as Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Orders, ASAP, Willow, Cadence, Prelude, MyChart, Healthy Planet, Beacon, or other Epic modules.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Epic upgrades, optimization projects, workflow redesign efforts, or major enhancement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Epic-integrated environments, interfaces, interoperability solutions, reporting tools, and downstream systems.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of healthcare operations and how Epic technology supports clinical and business outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Nice to Have<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree or advanced education.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience leading enterprise healthcare technology programs.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to application architecture or solution governance responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience mentoring analysts, engineers, or technical specialists.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge
