This role offers exposure to modern web technologies, cross-platform testing, and a fast-paced environment where quality and user experience are top priorities.<\/p>\n<h2>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/h2>\n<h3>Quality &amp; User Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Validate new features, enhancements, and defect resolutions across web and mobile experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure applications function reliably and provide a positive customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate website behavior across multiple browsers, devices, and environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Test Planning &amp; Execution<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and validation strategies based on business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate testing efforts across multiple concurrent projects and releases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Collaboration &amp; Delivery<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and fellow testers throughout the development lifecycle.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, document, and communicate defects while helping drive successful resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Track testing progress and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Process &amp; Continuous Improvement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support quality assurance practices, standards, and testing methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Help maintain test data and test environments needed for effective validation.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, coverage, and overall product quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What You Bring<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in software quality assurance, website testing, or application testing within a professional environment.<\/li>\n<li>Background testing customer-facing web applications, ideally in eCommerce or digital commerce environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying issues.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of software development and testing lifecycles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with business requirements and translating them into effective test coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with modern web technologies and browser behavior.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to Agile or similar collaborative delivery environments.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Nice to Have<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting large-scale B2B or B2C eCommerce platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Mobile website or mobile device testing experience.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to Microsoft-based technology environments.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with test management, defect tracking, or application lifecycle tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of SQL or database validation techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of front-end frameworks and modern web application architectures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Success in This Role<\/h2>\n<p>You&#8217;ll thrive in this position if you enjoy solving problems, have a sharp eye for detail, and take pride in delivering high-quality digital experiences.
