National Accounts Project Manager – 60K<\/strong><\/p>\n

Construction company in southwest Charlotte looking for a National Accounts Manager to join their team and support large-scale clients. Contract to hire. <\/p>\n

\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aid in success of the National Account Department’s project coordination efforts providing proposals, project related documents, installer & schedule coordination. <\/p>\n

Successful project coordinator will identify a project leads, prepare comprehensive action plans including resources, time frames, and budgets for projects. <\/p>\n

Working closely with project manager, the project coordinator will perform various task including estimating, bidding, identifying needs and providing proper documentation and literature, guiding all project participants. <\/p>\n

Track projects process through planning, implementation, monitoring, and closing will be part of the day to day.<\/p>\n

Essential Duties<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

– Work closely with project manager to identify and plan facilities projects<\/p>\n

– Estimate facilities projects<\/p>\n

– Send out labor bids to installers<\/p>\n

– Organize and distribute relevant project documents to customers, end users, and installers as appropriate<\/p>\n

– Track projects form planning through closeout, gathering necessary documents to complete job packs<\/p>\n

– Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management<\/p>\n

– Make sure clients’ needs are met as projects evolve<\/p>\n

– Oversee project document management<\/p>\n

– Main point of contact and liaison for project status to all participants<\/p>\n

– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.<\/p>\n

– Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance best practices as developed and maintained throughout the brand.<\/p>\n

– Working with your team members to accomplish all tasks is key.<\/p>\n

– Learning as you go and providing basic project management through lessons learned<\/p>\n

Qualifications, Education, Knowledge & Experience:<\/p>\n

– Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar role<\/p>\n

– Construction OR manufacturing OR both<\/p>\n

– Self-starter, eager for more<\/p>\n

– Scheduling, prioritizing<\/p>\n

– This is a fast paced, manufacturing and construction-based environment. Ability to consistently prioritize, re-direct, and work interdepartmentally to accomplish a task is needed<\/p>\n

– This is a team-based environment, each role contributing to the greater task of successfully fulfilling order or project in a timely fashion.<\/p>\n
