This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career legal assistant looking to gain hands-on experience in legal while working closely with experienced attorneys and legal professionals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist attorneys with litigation matters. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic case files.<\/li>\n<li>Manage deadlines, files, and other admin tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Organize, review, and summarize records, discovery materials, and case documents.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct factual research and gather information. <\/li>\n<li>Help enhance firms website and linkedin with new marketing ideas. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with office operations such as scanning, mailing, filing, ordering and more. <\/li>\n<li>Help train and onboard new employees when needed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Eager to learn and apply yourself in a legal environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in marketing is preferred but not required. <\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
