In this position, you would be in charge of providing administrative support to the property management team and maintaining relationships between the company and its tenants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle tenant requests, schedule appointments, maintain office supplies, and assist with tenant events for the building.<\/li>\n<li>Review contracts and leases for vendors and tenants.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for daily reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n<li>1+ years of experience in a workplace setting (commercial real estate experience is a plus).<\/li>\n<li>Strong skills in Microsoft Office and general office administration.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
