This role will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a variety of operational, technical, customer support, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and can effectively manage multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, including operations, customer support, technical, field, and corporate roles.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and drive hiring decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels.<\/li>\n<li>Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).<\/li>\n<li>Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline status to provide regular updates to leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Create and post compelling job advertisements to attract diverse talent.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Support recruiting projects, workforce planning initiatives, and hiring events as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or fast-paced environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience recruiting for a variety of professional, operational, technical, or customer-facing positions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting telecommunications, technology, customer operations, or field services organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience utilizing recruiting metrics and workforce data to drive hiring decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Workday, UKG, or similar ATS platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Y2x0YXQuNTMzNzAuMTI1ODRAYmVhY29uaGlsbC5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A109054021CLT_1788457192<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><a id=\"otherId\" href=\"https:\/\/jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com\/jobs\/job\/A109054021CLT_1788457192\">To Apply for this Job Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":3770,"template":"","meta":{"_relevanssi_hide_post":"","_relevanssi_hide_content":"","_relevanssi_pin_for_all":"","_relevanssi_pin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_unpin_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_keywords":"","_relevanssi_related_include_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_exclude_ids":"","_relevanssi_related_no_append":"","_relevanssi_related_not_related":"","_relevanssi_related_posts":"","_relevanssi_noindex_reason":"","inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Charlotte, North Carolina","_application":"cltat.53370.12584@beaconhill.aplitrak.com","_company_name":"Beacon Hill Staffing Group","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[192,193],"job-types":[2,16],"class_list":["post-132169","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-full-time","job-type-temporary-contract"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.4 -
