This highly visible role will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, managing executive priorities, supporting key business operations, and collaborating across functions. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>About the Job:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a complex and constantly evolving executive calendar, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring alignment with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a trusted partner to the EVP of Technical Operations, providing proactive administrative and operational support.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics management.<\/li>\n<li>Process and reconcile expense reports and oversee administrative operations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate leadership meetings, capture action items, and track follow-up activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>About You:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of executive administrative experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience directly supporting C-level executives and\/or Executive Vice Presidents.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional executive presence, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success managing highly complex schedules and shifting priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<li>Experience within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or publicly traded organizations strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This position offers an annual salary up to $115,000, commiserate with experience. The role is hybrid, with three days a week required onsite.
