This role partners with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Purchasing to help ensure program goals, timelines, and business objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to develop program management and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<h2>Position Details<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-Time<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> $23-$25<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Monday-Friday, standard business hours<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Onsite<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> Immediate Opening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with planning and coordinating activities required for successful program launches<\/li>\n<li>Support development of program budgets, business plans, and financial performance scenarios<\/li>\n<li>Help maintain program timelines, milestones, and open issue tracking systems<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project progress and assist with roadblock identification, resolution, and escalation<\/li>\n<li>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Assist with customer communications and status reporting as directed by leadership<\/li>\n<li>Support creation and maintenance of program health metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting<\/li>\n<li>Participate in new business pursuits through business case development, risk analysis, and strategic planning<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and information security requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support information security practices and proper handling of confidential business information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Systems &amp;
