vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">6+ years of progressive corporate tax experience within a public accounting or large company environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 10.5pt;\">Strong understanding of federal and state corporate taxation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;
