This is a fast-paced, discovery-heavy role supporting attorneys who defend policyholders in matters involving automobile accidents, premises liability, dog bites, and other personal injury claims. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation paralegal seeking a fully remote role with the potential for long-term extension or permanent employment.<\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>The strongest candidates will have direct experience preparing motions and responding to written discovery, particularly interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. California litigation experience is required. Insurance defense experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong plaintiff-side personal injury or general civil litigation background will also be considered.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Location: <\/strong>U.S.-based <strong>(California litigation experience required;
