This position will support a sophisticated real estate practice and is ideal for an attorney with strong transactional experience and meaningful <strong>economic incentives experience<\/strong>. The partner&#8217;s practice includes site selection, tax credits, property tax incentives, discretionary incentives, and related real estate development matters.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Location: <\/strong>Remote (Candidates must be actively licensed and reside in the same state, and that state must be one in which the firm has an office.
