This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional with full-cycle AP experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership of their work.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Process a high volume of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Perform invoice coding, data entry, matching, and payment processing activities<\/li>\n<li>Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, approvals, and compliance with company policies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain vendor records and build positive vendor relationships<\/li>\n<li>Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and account variances<\/li>\n<li>Monitor accounts payable aging reports and ensure timely vendor payments<\/li>\n<li>Assist with monthly sales tax filings and other regulatory reporting requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support month-end and year-end close processes<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile AP subledgers to the general ledger<\/li>\n<li>Prepare cash flow, aging, and payables reports for management<\/li>\n<li>Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments regarding payment status and accounting matters<\/li>\n<li>Utilize accounting systems, Excel, and reporting tools to maintain accurate financial records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>1-3+ years of Accounts Payable and\/or general accounting experience<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of full-cycle accounts payable processes<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with accounting software and ERP systems<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High-volume invoice processing experience<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to month-end close activities and account reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Experience with sales tax or other regulatory reporting<\/li>\n<li>Vendor management and discrepancy resolution experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Schedule &amp; Work Environment<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, Monday through Friday<\/li>\n<li>Standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed<\/li>\n<li>Pittsburgh, PA area<\/li>\n<li>Onsite or hybrid work environment depending on business needs<\/li>\n<li>Professional yet collaborative team culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Opportunity<\/h3>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization where your contributions will have a direct impact.
