The ideal candidate has experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation<strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Essential Functions:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post-trial.<br \/>Oversee organization, maintenance, and appropriate utilization of documents and other case-related materials, including maintenance of client-presentable and efficient work areas and case rooms.<\/li>\n<li>Assists and manages the discovery process, prepares for depositions, propounds and responds to written discoveries, and prepares for expert discovery.<\/li>\n<li>Oversees and conducts document reviews and document productions; prepares documentation regarding criteria changes; tracks and reports on review progress and results.<\/li>\n<li>Perform analytical tasks, prepare witness interview memoranda, review and summarize documents, depositions, and court transcripts, and create and use substantive coding tools.<\/li>\n<li>Assists with basic legal research, including locating cases, statutes, and regulatory materials; conducts fact research on the internet and private search engines, such as Westlaw.<\/li>\n<li>Assists with law and motion practice, assembles motion papers and exhibits, coordinates filings of pleadings and briefs, and ensures proper service.<\/li>\n<li>Draft common pleadings, motions, notices, and other court filings.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with federal and state rules of procedure and evidence for document format, content, filing, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Performs and oversees both simple and complex authority and fact cite-checking;
